Tori Gilooly

Research Assistant

Tori Gilooly received her JD from the University of Memphis School of Law and is currently a clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  She studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she wrote her Honors thesis examining the impact of topic valence on interracial interaction outcomes. Her current research interests include the criminalization of mental illness and the evolving area of how psychological harm is weighed in tort and criminal claims.
